Plans and billing

Tourfect has three plans: Starter, Pro and Custom. New sites start on Starter. Prices are also on the pricing page.

Starter

€29 a month. Every plan includes:

• Your site on yourname.tourfect.ie, in any of the site designs
• Unlimited tours, with photos, prices per person or per group, and FAQs
• Booking requests by email, with an availability calendar and start times
• Reviews from your guests, with approval and public replies
• Listed in the Tourfect marketplace
• Blog, About and Contact pages, and your own privacy notice
• Search engine setup (Google-ready tour pages, sitemap)

Starter also includes Write with AI for 10 tour drafts a month.

Pro

€59 a month. Everything in Starter, plus:

• Your own domain (yourbusiness.ie)
• No “Hosted on Tourfect” bar on your own domain
• AI writing: tour descriptions, replies to requests, Improve with AI
• Your own Google Analytics on your site
• Choose, order and title the sections of your home page

Custom

One-off build fee, quoted per project, then the Pro monthly price. Everything in Pro, plus:

• A design built for you, with custom sections

See your plan

1. In your dashboard, click Plan.

Your current plan is marked Your plan.

Move to a higher plan

1. In your dashboard, click Plan.
2. Click Ask for Pro or Ask for Custom.

We email you within a working day to set up payment, then we switch your plan. Until then, the Plan page shows which plan you asked for.

Paying

For now, we arrange payment with you by email. There are no card payments in the dashboard yet.

Move to a lower plan

The Plan page only offers higher plans. To move to a lower one, contact us and we’ll switch it for you.

If you move from Pro or Custom to Starter, your domains are kept, but they don’t show your site. Visitors see your site on your Tourfect address instead.
