Send your site for review

Your site stays private until the Tourfect team has checked it. You can build and preview it all you like: only you see it, with a note at the top, and its booking and contact forms don’t take anything yet.

Send it for review

1. Confirm your email address first, from the link in our welcome email.
2. On Home, under Send your site for review, click Send for review.

We email you to say we’ve got it, and Home shows Waiting for review.

What we check

• who runs the business
• your ATGI or ITGA membership, or other accreditations
• your insurance, if you’ve added it in Documents
• that it’s a real tour business

What happens next

• Approved: your site is live, takes booking requests and is listed on tourfect.ie. We email you.
• Changes needed: we email you what to change, and it shows on Home. Make the changes, then click Send it again.
• Not approved: we email you why. Reply to that email if you think we’ve got it wrong.

Changing your name or domain later

Once you’re live, a new business name, or a new way your site describes you, waits for us to check it. Your site keeps the current one until then. A new domain is served once we’ve approved it.
